We are recruiting for a Catering Supervisor at our prestigious boarding school in Liphook, Hampshire to lead a team of 15 catering assistants and kitchen porters, reporting to the Catering Manager.

You will be required to manage and motivate the catering team to provide an excellent standard of catering and hospitality throughout the school. Your main responsibilities will include supervising staff throughout the day, managing match teas and other hospitality events, supervising lunch service, managing the cleaning schedule, planning themed days, seeking customer feedback and making sure health & safety procedures are being adhered to.

With a minimum of 2 years supervisory catering experience; you will be well organised, flexible, a good communicator, have high standards of presentation and service, a friendly approach and a can do attitude.

You will be required to drive the school catering van from time to time so you will need a clean driving licence.

Working hours: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and 11.00 am - 5.00 pm on Saturday.

Rate of pay: £10.50 per hour, term time only plus summer school, which equates to £18,333.00 per annum.

You will also be required to supervise our summer school for four weeks during July & August.
