Our client is looking to recruit a Property Director to lead their ongoing roll out. If you're looking for an amazing opportunity to be at the helm of a wonderful and fast growing bakery/cafe estate then this could be an ideal opportunity.
The Property Director will oversee the maintenance of the existing estate of circa 40 locations as well as lead the company through the expansion of all their new bakeries! They have 11 in the pipeline for this year.
Most of the current locations are London based and range from small cafe/bakeries to larger locations with ample seating. The planned expansion will still focus on London and the SE regions.
We are looking for somebody who has experience of managing commercial and hospitality sites at a senior level. You will have gained this experience from the high street working for a restaurant or retail catering business. As this is a small and growing company, there are not lots of proccess in place, so you will be involved in setting these up to maximise efficiency with existing and new site openings.
You will be required to work in collaboration with architects, suppliers, the operations team as well as lead a team of two; a Facilities Manager and a Project Manager, driving a dynamic approach and a can-do attitude! This role will also have cost / budget management responsibility, ensuring new openings are managed within budget and delivered on time.
