Hatfield House is a fantastic venue that Levy Leisure is proud to be a long-standing catering partner for. Levy Leisure provide all catering and hospitality requirements at this spectacular venue. We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all retail and conference & events requirements, whilst project managing some exciting refurbishments, and leading a strong and successful team.

Package description
  • Up to £50,000
  • Discretionary bonus up to 20%
  • Lots of scope to develop and progress
  • 5 out of 7 shifts
Main responsibilities
  • Overseeing a prestigious and spectacular venue with all retail and C&E requirements
  • Managing the day to day operation with a hands on approach 
  • Reviewing standards and processes and improving where required
  • Strong attention to detail within all aspects of catering and hospitality
  • Innovation and creativity with menu plans
  • Project management of refurbishment plans
  • Driving and growing profit through strategic planning
  • Excellent commercial understanding and creative ideas to increase business
  • Being fully resposnible for all health & safety and food safety
  • Stakeholder and client management - building strong and robust relationships
Ideal candidate
  • Catering and hospitality experience
  • Must have a ‘can do’ positive, driven attitude
  • Demonstrate a passion for quality of service within catering
  • Have a standards and quality driven management style
  • Ability to create a motivated, engaged and positive team environment
  • Be a strong leader
  • Structured and approachable people management skills
  • Highly proactive and innovative in approach
