Main responsibilities

As the Regional Manager you will work closely with the Head of Operations and work at a regional level supporting 7 contracts across the M40 and South West. There is amble opportunity for this portfolio to grow. As the Regional Manager we will expect you to develop strategic and operational plans for regional client’s needs, managing execution and measuring results.

As well as meeting and developing the customer experience you will drive and encourage a high performing team, to not only achieve but enhance their performance and targets.

Ideal candidate
  • Experience in managing multi-site locations and multiple clients
  • Confidence and experience in managing multi-million pound turnovers
  • Have managed senior level third party relationships
  • Understanding of contract catering
  • Be happy with expected and consistent travel (Southampton, Surrey, Bristol and S.Wales)
  • Be a Senior Manager with experience of leading and inspiring teams to deliver results
  • Be commercially and financially astute having held full P&L responsibility
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must have a full clean driving licence due to the nature of the role
