We are looking for a talented individual to come on board and join the team as our new Site Services Manager, based at Northwick Park Hospital.
The hospital provides a full range of services including paediatrics, maxillofacial, orthopaedics, neurology, cardiology, elderly care medicine and a regional rehabilitation unit for patients with additional on-going acute medical needs.Main responsibilities
As our Site Service Manager, you will work closely with the supervisory team to ensure the efficient operation of the portering & helpdesk departments. This will involve liaising closely with ward staff (NHS) to ensure that the services are meeting their requirements and constantly looking for ways to improve the service.Ideal candidate
What we will be looking for in applications are;
- Previous experience managing multiple services in a hospital environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritise and work to multiple deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Able to produce accurate reports
- Flexibility (able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings)
