In essence you as our Sous Chef will support the catering operation to improve the customer food service experience by delivering the food offer in accordance with company food quality, standards,
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas, supervise the delivery of the food service provision required utilising all available resources effectively and efficiently ensuring that all meals are provided to the required high quality standardsIdeal candidate
Now what we are looking for in applications to be one of our Sous Chef, will be to have excellent culinary skills with an attention to detail, a team player with experience of supervising a team within a similar environment be qualified to NVQ level 2 in food preparation and cooking or equivalent and be quality driven
Plus, you only get to work 1 in 6 weekends and work 36hours per week
