We are looking to bring on board a talented Catering Manager to come and join the team at the BMI Werndale Hospital.Main responsibilities
As our Catering Manager, you will lead and manage a team across multi catering units to deliver excellent food quality and customer service to our clients, whilst ensuring contractual, legislative and Compass standards are met and maintained.
You will also be responsible for developing trusted working relationship with clients through regular communication, providing accurate and timely periodic reports and acting with gravitas at meetingsIdeal candidate
We are expecting applications from candidates with proven operational management experience within a contract catering environment with sound knowledge of procedural and legislative frameworks, sound financial acumen and experienced in managing budgets and growing sales. Candidates will need to hold Level 3 Food Safety and Health and Safety qualification or equivalent
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in:
- Managing teams to deliver high quality food and beverage offers in a caring environment
- Delivering customer service standards that match or exceed the best standards in the catering and hospitality industry
- Being obsessive about providing great customer service and food in both the restaurant and hospitality environment
