We are on the hunt for a dynamic, retail focused and innovative Food Service Manager to join one of our most high profile contracts in the heart of the Canary Wharf.

We are looking for someone highly motivated, who is used to reviewing standards and implementing processes to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Large team management and development experience is key to drive the success of this fast paced and challenging area. Excellent marketing/promotions experience as well as customer & client liaison skills are essential also.

Main responsibilities

Ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day to day business, you'll increase the performance of your team of 27 across the staff restaurant and 3 coffee shops.  

Overseeing a large scale refurbishment, whilst developing marketing concepts and promotions, innovation is key to this role. Leading by example and setting high standards, you'll enhance sales and provide our customers with great service.

Ideal candidate
  • Multi outlet catering experience

  • Retail coffee and deli bar knowledge

  • Good understanding of food and working with chefs

  • Managing a large team of approx. 27 staff

  • Ability to drive sales and deliver new innovation

  • Works well under pressure

  • Commercially and financially confident

  • Client and consumer focused

  • Strong food safety/H+S/audit knowledge
