My client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef to join their energetic, passionate team to deliver fine dine cuisine to members that compliments the exceptional facilities on offer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to take the next step in their career, working in both their fine dine and brasserie restaurant leading a team of chefs to deliver the highest quality food.
This is a full-time role of 48 hours a week based upon a shift pattern.
