A vacancy has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and driven Sous Chef to join the intimate team.
The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious and utilises modern equipment. The Executive Chef is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the team to further develop the food operation.
The ideal candidate will a passion for working with locally sourced and home grown produce.
·Work as part of a close team to develop the business and uphold the great reputation
·Support the Executive Chef with the day to day operations of the hotel
·Assume responsibility of the kitchen in the Chefs absence
·Report directly to the Executive Chef
·Assist with the upkeep of kitchen hygiene protocols
·Offer menu development ideas and costings
·Assist in daily food prep and service
·Strong Junior Sous would be considered for the role
·Have a keen eye for detail
·Be able to work independently and as part of a team
·Be passionate and creative
·Excellent time management skills are essential
