Contracts Manager - London
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our team in London. This role would see you managing our Facilities Management over multiple contracts within London. We would require you to come from a TFM background and have the ability to work closely with our Hard Service Managers.
As the Contracts Manager you will be a leader and someone who has worked their way up from an Operations background. You will work closely with client and hold regular meetings to review and develop the delivery of the contract.Package description
Paying between £50,000 - £58,000 dependent on experience

You will manage the delivery of the facilities management services within these contracts. This will include Hard and Soft services, you will be maintaining statutory compliance and managing H&S, together with planning and delivering additional project work through use of suppliers/subcontractors.Ideal candidate
- Proven operational management experience within a hard and soft facilities related environment with sound knowledge of procedural and legislative frameworks, sound financial acumen and experienced in managing budgets
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships with clients, consumers, colleagues and employees.
- Proven experience in managing direct teams and third party contractors to deliver high standard
