We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for our new Hide Restaurant. The role will be focused on managing and developing the team. You will be driving business growth through increasing sales and driving spends per head while looking at ways to increase covers. We are looking for a passionate individual, someone with ideas and enthusiasm to help drive the business forward.

Main responsibilities

As Restaurant Manager you will oversee the main visitor Restaurant 'The Hide' which offers table service for high volumes of customers at peak times, in this 300 cover restaurant. As Restaurant Manager you will focus on customer service, developing your team and driving sales, whilst being fully accountable for your labour budget.

This is an exciting period for Levy and a unique opportunity to be involved in the development and refurbishment at the Zoo. This is an environment where no day is the same.

  • Management experience within high volume public catering and Restaurant operations
