 The Borough of Broxbourne is in south east Hertfordshire bordering London and the M25, with a population of about 93,600. Stratford International station is 25 minutes by train and there is good access to airports and the rest of the country. Broxbourne is a Green Belt borough containing much of the Lee Valley Regional Park and is home to the White Water Centre which hosted the canoeing events at the London 2012 Olympics. The Spotlight

Salary £18,720 p.a.

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional, dedicated and experienced individual to be the lead chef of the Central Production Unit (CPU). The suitable candidate will set up the CPU preparing key menu items for the food and beverage operations at the Spotlight entertainment centre, John Warner Sports Centre in Hoddesdon and the Cheshunt Park Golf Centre.

The CPU Chef will oversee and maintain the consistency of the food offer across all sites and will lead and deliver the food requirements of the Spotlight on a day to day basis. The role will also include training existing staff.

You should have experience of working in a commercial kitchen and previous experience of supervising and organising staff would also be beneficial.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
