Due to a recent awarded contract, we are looking for a talented Domestic Services Manager – to come and join the new ESS Defence team at one of our prestigious contracts - The Defence and National Rehabilitation Centre (DNRC)
This project will be one of the world's best clinical rehabilitation centres for the armed forces. The site will be delivering specialist (tertiary) Defence rehabilitation covering musculoskeletal injury, Complex trauma injury, Neurological injury, Cardiac conditions and Rheumatological conditionsMain responsibilities
As our Domestic Services Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Medical Cleaning Service team equipment, resources and third party sub-contractors, ensuring the cleaning operation is in accordance with nationally recognised cleaning standards, the client service level agreement and company standards & procedures.Ideal candidate
What we would be looking for in applications from individuals who can demonstrate knowledge & experience and have a full understanding of delivering high Quality Cleaning in specialist environments such as Hospitals along with a track record of delivering year on year improvements in service delivery, maintaining high standards over a consistent period and a passion for cleaning excellence.
You would also be an outstanding communicator, able to liaise confidently with colleagues & senior clients and lead, engage & develop team members and be able to work in partnership with Hard FM providers to deliver a seamless service for the client
