Allergens and Specifications Manager
Our Levy UK business currently have a brilliant opportunity for someone to join us onsite at Wimbledon as Allergen and Specification Manager on a 12 months FTC!
As Allergen and Specification Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Levy recipe creation process from Wimbledon to the Recipe Manager. You will ensure quality of data is maintained and is to the highest standard, and processes around data are adhered to within timelines and are 100% compliant. You will also work with the team to ensure to improve in food costs and overall GP.

Competitive plus packageMain responsibilities
As Allergen and Specifications Manager, you will be responsible for developing a timeline for delivery of allergens using the new recipe template. You will manage recipe information to the highest standard to include recipe creation, ingredients changes and de-lists. You will ensure recipes sent for input into source are 100% accurate, complete and have been nutritionally analysed.
This person will ensure that all data elements managed conform to industry standards or internal conventions where applicable and identify anomalies in the data, referring them back to their owners. You will be responsible for highlighting to the team when timelines are at risk of being missed and support to ensure they are delivered.Ideal candidate
To be right for us, you will ideally have previous experience or knowledge of the food/catering industry in a similar role. You will be able to take ownership of tasks and deliver them to a high standard with a positive, "can-do" attitude. You will be willing to learn, adapt and possess excellent time management skills. You will be influential and have a close attention to detail.
