Our client, a rapidly expanding restaurant group, is looking for a People Manager to join their team.
They are passionate about people, both the guests and their amazing staff that serve them.
We're looking for someone who really understands good Hospitality and strives to instill this into everyone they work with.
* Deliver exceptional people in to the business
* Constantly strive to improve the training framework within the company
* Assist with disciplinary matters
* Keep the company up to date with legislative changes to employment law
* Support the Managing Director and Operations Director with administrative tasks and help manage the central operations systems for the bars
