Founded in 1594 and set in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside, The Falcon Hotel will be a place to eat, drink and sleep. We will pride ourselves in serving locally sourced, seasonal food in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
Opening Summer 2018 and having undergone a multi-million pound rebuilding project we have created a modern hotel that is sympathetic to its natural surroundings and its heritage.
Our 70 cover restaurant ‘1594’ and outdoor terrace is complemented by our hotel bar and cellar pub, offering flawless service and sublime food including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and Sunday roasts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to manage a state of the art new kitchen. Working with local farmers using produce from the estate ‘from field to fork’ all dishes will be of the highest quality.
We envisage the restaurant to be the heart of the hotel, so the Head Chef will be instrumental in building up a following, so that we become a sought-after destination for food as well as a place to stay.
