Main responsibilities

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Hospitality Administrator to join the team at one of our most prestigious contracts in Birmingham city centre.

The successful candidate will be joining the team to deliver an effective, efficient and organised service converting enquiries into reservations and assisting the team with any administration requirements. This role requires someone with experience in customer service, who is willing to go the extra mile for our guests.
