We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at a busy unit in Ettington. Ettington Chase is a 130 bedroom Hotel & conference centre close to Stratford upon Avon in Warwickshire. We cater for a number of weddings and corporate events throughout the year with a strong leisure trade.

We are looking for a talented, Chef de Partie to join our dedicated catering team, and who produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients for multiple catering outlets.

Package description
  • Up to £20,000 per annum depending on experience
  • 40 hours per week - 1:30pm-10pm or 2pm-10:30pm

Main responsibilities

The role involves being responsible for making sure the operation is run smoothly, cooking meals from scratch and running your own section. The Chef De Partie will plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food ensuring that the company’s reputation for quality is enhanced with customers and clients at all times. Responsible for all aspects of food safety, Health & Safety and COSHH.
