We are seeking to appoint Facilities Personnel to join our team.

Main responsibilities
  • Provide 1st line telephone, email & face-to-face support for facilities & post room related enquires
  • Ensuring all received letters and parcels are distributed to the relevant department each day and in a timely manner
  • Ensure external and internal post to other sites is collected from each floor, sorted and sent out promptly
  • Franking of outgoing post
  • Ensure all post room consumables are available at all times
  • Working alongside Line Manager to propose and implement Post Room initiatives that continuously improve efficiency and cost savings
  • Liaise with couriers to make bookings and request P.O.Ds
  • Keeping record all incoming packages
  • Notify recipients by email using a template to inform them a package has arrived
  • Ensure all packages to be delivered to recipients in a timely manner
  • Provide initial investigation on post room and Facilities related incidents, ensure they are resolved wherever possible and quickly and correctly escalate them if necessary
  • Provide support for meeting room AV & presentation equipment/services
Ideal candidate
  • Previous experience in a similar Post Room/Facilities Assistant role
  • Minimum of 6 Month's - 1 Year's Office Admin/Post Room experience gained from a Corporate environment
  • Strong MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Smart/professional appearance
