To manage an effective and efficient Catering and Cleaning service delivery to a specified range of customers (principally schools) in accordance with approved policies and procedures. The post is responsible for achieving the required service delivery through delivery to agreed business plans and targets. Must have a professional cookery and a food hygiene qualification. Experience of management of catering or cleaning establishments over multi sites and a sound understanding of the commercial aspects of the role.
