Roles and Responsibilities:
To work within a prestigious contract caterer managing a staff restaurant for a local broadcasing company. We pride ourselves on fresh food of a very high standard in a great location. You will be required to provide hot and cold meals, hospitality, to a high standard to onsite employees . You will have 1 member of staff reporting into you. You will be expected to complete all company bookwork (training will be given) and need a good understanding of finances and IT skills
Someone with a passion for fresh food, with innovation and keeps up with current trends. Someone with an outgoing personality, who is able to interact with regular customers and build up a good rapport.
Desired Experience: Minimum of 3 years within similar catering environment
