Head Chef required for a high volume outside catering operation based in Guernsey.
Must have at least 3 years experience in a senior role and have a good command of English.
The role would suit a person looking to further their experience within this area of catering. Multi off-site events ranging from canapés to formal dinners. Using fresh ingredients the successful candidate must have good cooking skills as well as strong leadership and creativity.
