Junior Sous chef
The Drapers Arms in Islington is looking for a new junior sous chef. Working as one of a team of seven chefs with Head Chef Luke Frankie you will be preparing varied food all cooked on site from the highest quality fresh ingredients. The menu changes on a two weekly cycle so there is plenty of opportunity to learn new dishes and techniques. Six shifts for salary plus overtime.
The pub is renowned for its food, coming sixth nationally in the "Top 50 Gastropubs" in 2018, retaining its Bib Gourmand for the 9th year and featuring widely in the national press for its Sunday lunches in 2017.
