As a Telephone Consultant, you will be working within an upbeat, busy office environment filling bookings, handling inbound and outbound calls, dealing with complaints and queries, liaising with our agency suppliers and managing a pool of your own available staff.Package description
As a Telephone Consultant, you will ensure the profitable running of the centre and your temporaries division. You will oversee matching of the correct candidates to jobs roles specified by clients in temporary positions. You will be working closely with clients and building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.Ideal candidate
To be right for us, you will be an excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner. You will be computer literate with previous experience within an administrative position using Microsoft programmes. The ideal applicant will be a strong communicator who will be assertive yet professional when liaising with clients, external suppliers and internal departments with the ability to plan and prioritise their workload efficiently.
We are looking for an individual who is proactive and driven in their approach, understanding the importance of completing tasks quickly yet effectively. The working hours are Monday – Friday on a three shift rota system totalling 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am and 5.30pm, though this person will need to be flexible to occasionally work "on-call" outside of these hours.
