We are looking at bringing onboard a talented assistant manager, to come and join the team at the Subway store based at Milton Keynes HospitalMain responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring the team are engaged and managed effectively to achieve their performance targets, as well as data management information including accurately forecast stock, sales & labour requirements and implement plans to improve profitability.Ideal candidate
For this exciting opportunity we will be looking for candidate to have experienced within a retail/ catering management, high volume site experience – preferably food retail background, or very brand focussed e.g. McDonalds, Pret, M&S, Sainsbury etc
You will also have experience in managing teams of up to 20 people, have great communication skills upwards as well as with team, financially accountable – financially astute, strong computer skills, P&L knowledge.
This is a 5 over 7 operations, will require some evening and weekend works and will have 5 weeks training
