We're looking to appoint an experienced Reception Manager to oversee the day‐to‐day supervision of a team of receptionists ensuring a customer focus and ensuring service demands are met. To greet, assist and direct clients and visitors to the highest standards as required by the organisation and the client. To support the service manager in the efficient use of resource to ensure achievement of budgetary targets.Main responsibilities
To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues
To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times

Be prepared to assist colleagues in a willing and positive manner including assisting with other duties as required

To report health and safety issues to your line manager, including all accidents and near misses
- Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer care
- Experience of working in an environment where there are peaks and troughs in demand during service times Supervisory experience of a small team
- IT literate
- Customer care qualification
