We have an opportunity for a talented individual to come and join the team at RAF Waddington as their Soft Service Manager.

RAF Waddington is one of the RAF’s busiest Stations as the hub of UK Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) and the main operating base for airborne intelligence aircraft and systems.

Main responsibilities

As our soft service manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of the cleaning service, across the station, covering office cleaning, workshops, hangar’s and military messes – including the catering outlets. You will also manage the subcontractors who deliver the waste management, window cleaning and tailoring.

Ideal candidate

We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate knowledge & experience and have a full understanding of delivering high Quality Cleaning in specialist environments along with a track record of delivering year on year improvements in service delivery, maintaining high standards over a consistent period and a passion for cleaning excellence.
