We have an opportunity for a talented individual to come and join the team at RAF Waddington as their Retail Manager.
RAF Waddington is one of the RAF’s busiest Stations as the hub of UK Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) and the main operating base for airborne intelligence aircraft and systems.Main responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the Retail outlets onsite; Costcutter, Costa ‘Proud to Serve’ and 6 other high street related branded outlets. You will be required to lead and manage a motivated team with the appropriate skills to deliver a profitable retail business and ensure all budget targets are achieved.
To excel in the areas of operational excellence, financial performance and customer / client satisfaction to achieve company and client objectives within all Company policies, procedures and guidelines.Ideal candidate
We are looking for candidates to have a proven track record of management within a food retail environment, be commercially driven, proven track of delivering great customer service have excellent people management abilities and can communicate at all levels – verbal and written & will be results orientated.
