We are looking at bringing onboard a talented Assistant Manager, to come and join the team at the Simply Fresh store based at Surrey University, GuildfordMain responsibilities
You will assist in the full management of the Simply Fresh store, brand standards, audits, sales, profit protection. Developing and training of staff to deliver a best in class customer service.Ideal candidate
For this exciting opportunity we will be looking for candidate to have experienced within a retail / catering management, high volume site experience – preferably food retail background.
You will also have experience in managing large teams, have great communication skills upwards as well as with team, financially accountable – financially astute, strong computer skills, P&L knowledge.
This is a 5 over 7 operations and will require some weekend and evening work.About the company
