We currently have an exciting opportunity for motivated, customer focused individual to work with our high profile contract in Kings College Hospital. You will be a first point of contact for our Client.

Main responsibilities
  • First point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests received by telephone and e-mail
  • Contact Service Providers allocate tasks to nominated officer within the FM, giving clear, concise and timely information
  • Interpret and log requests, inputting details into an in-house system, providing tracking and regular updates to the status of the request through to work complete status in line with Service Level Agreement )
  • Sort and dispatch calls to relevant departments
  • Prioritise urgent jobs
  • Escalate any complaints as required and support continuous improvement
  • Ad hoc administration duties

This is a part time role only

Ideal candidate
  • Computer literate
  • Good telephone mannerism
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexible to work 5 out of 7 days including weekends
  • Available to cover shifts at short notice
