Main responsibilities

To ensure the smooth & efficient running of all sections in the kitchen in conjunction with the head chef, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to. To be committed to providing the highest standards of food cooking, preparation, quality & cleanliness

Ideal candidate

We are looking for candidates who are:

Professional, Polite and friendly and able to work within a busy and challenging environment.

Are able to promote a welcoming environment where colleagues, clients and customers receive great service.

Have a positive team player attitude, who are willing to help others and display a flexible ‘can do’ approach to work.

Have a neat and tidy appearance.

Are prepared to work weekends as required although not always required unless this is a personal preference.

Access to a car would be advantageous but not essential.
