Seating an impressive 82,000 spectators, Twickenham is the largest dedicated rugby union venue in the world.We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operations Manager to work within our fast paced and ever changing business. As Cleaning Operations Manager, you will work closely with our Assistant Contract Manager, supporting on the full cleaning operation and administration. With the addition of the new East Stand this is an exciting time to join a fast growing and busy environment.This role requires strong management and planning skills, with the requirement for excellent communication skills. The Twickenham Stadium Cleaning Operations Manager is responsible for the development and management of the delivery of Internal cleaning services at this incredible venue – with particular attention to be paid to day to day corporate areas. Manage a team of 15 permanent direct reports plus casual staff on match and event days.To manage the cleaning labour, equipment & resources budget for the contract in line with company targetsManage relationships with 4 key stakeholders, continuing to promote a strong relationship and communication at all timesTo ensure the delivery and quality of the cleaning operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures. Liaise with the client as appropriate seeking opportunities to improve the cleaning offer and enhance the reputation of the service.In doing so the successful candidate will ensure the venue enhances its reputation at the forefront of international stadia.Continue to upkeep the Company’s contractual responsibilities relating to housekeeping Twickenham Stadium are well planned and executed to ensure client satisfaction is maintained and exceeded at all times.Ensure the Company’s business objectives are achieved.Work closely with the team, ensuring they are fully trained, engaged and managed effectively to achieve their performance targetsIdeal candidate
