Chef de partie
We are seeking a talented, passionate and competent CDP to support the head chef.
The candidate must possess excellent culinary skills , with attention to detail, be a team player but also be able to work independently.
The candidate must be able to plan, organise, direct the preparation and cooking of food ensuring the restaurants reputation for quality is retained at all times.
An understanding of food safety, HS and COSHH is required .Current food safety / hygiene certificates must be up to date.
As a CDP you will also help in mentoring junior staff members within the team.
A 'can do' attitude.
Variable hours, including weekend and evening work on shift basis.
Ideally previous experience in this role advantageous but not essential.
