A rare opportunity has arisen for the Sous Chefs role at Squire Patton Boggs in Birmingham
We are looking for a talented individual with who can work in close partnership with the catering manager to produce inivative food from scratch. A good knowlege of whats happening now with with latest food trends is a must.
This is a unique position with a lot of scope to put in you own ideas and enhance our recently revamped cafe and improve our hospitality offer.
You must be able to cover the chef manager in her absence.
This is essentially a Monday-Friday role however some evening and weekends will be expected
This is a hands on role and a willingness to pitch in with cleaning and washing up is essential as this is a small team. A good sense of humour, flexibility and a strong work ethic will help the candidate to become an integral part of our team.
