We have an exciting new opportunity for a Unit Manager to join Compass at one of our units based in Daventry. Primarily you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the unit, all financial aspects, training, managing a team, and responsible for the Health and Safety of the operation. You will have excellent people management skills, and be able to communicate at all levels.

This is a predominately Monday - Friday position with some weekend worked required as per business needs.

Main responsibilities
  • Attracting new customers with your excellent service and quality food
  • Managing and developing an onsite team of front and back of house staff
  • Demonstrating a real passion for increasing sales and providing excellent service
  • Responsible for all the financial aspects of the business
  • Training and motivating staff
  • Building an excellent relationship with the client
  • Ensuring all customer requirements are delivered in line with the expectation

  • Experience working in a very busy and pressurised environment
