We are looking for a talented chef to come onboard as one or our Sous Chef and join the dedicated catering team based at DMS Whittington

Main responsibilities

You as our Sous Chef will support the catering operation to improve the customer food service experience by delivering the food offer in accordance with company food quality, standards,

Ideal candidate

You will have excellent culinary skills with an attention to detail, a team player with experience of supervising within a similar environment, able to take responsibility in the absent of the head chef, be qualified to NVQ level 2 in food preparation and cooking or equivalent and be quality driven

Shift pattern:

Early – 6am till 2pm

Late – 11:30 noon till 7:30pm

1 Weekend in every 3

Occasional late finish and flexibility required.
