Main responsibilities

As a Credit Controller at Compass Group, you will manage your own multi-million pound ledger of accounts of both internal and external customers in order to facilitate debtor payments to agreed terms.

We value ourselves on our ability to build relationships and get to the root cause of complex queries and so, you will encourage effective and timely management around your accounts. In addition to this, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts, allocating payments to designated ledgers and completing reviews/analysis to highlight areas of improvement and initiate ideas to improve the overall standards and effectiveness of the Credit Control department.

Ideal candidate

To fit in with us and for us to be right for you, you will currently be delivering success within a Credit Control position and be an outstanding communicator, alternatively. To be successful in this role, you will be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and will have an analytical outlook.
