We are looking at bringing on board a talented contract manager, to come and join are team at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery
The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN), is the UK's largest dedicated neurological and neurosurgical hospital. It provides comprehensive services for the diagnosis, treatment and care of all conditions that affect the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nervous system and muscle. We have 3 retail outlets on-site and also provide Patient Dining services for the hospital wards.Main responsibilities
As one of our contract managers, you will have full responsibility for service delivery and its development, leading and driving the retention strategy and identifying growth. The role reports to an Operations Director. You will be responsible for full P&L performance, accurately review and reporting business performance and ensure the delivery of key financial targets to budget.
You will also manage client and stakeholder relationships whilst ensuring contractual compliance and adherence to company policies.Ideal candidate
What we are looking for in applications;
- Excellent understanding of Catering Management, Service level Specification and performance management delivery.
- Excellent financial, commercial, business knowledge and people acumen to lead the operational team
- Evidence of understanding and ability to lead complex and multiply services
- Excellent people leadership skills, with evidence of the ability to engage and motivate people at all levels.
- Strong customer service ethos.
- Excellent customer presentational ability, both verbal and written
