To assist the Head Chef in the development, preparation and service of all desserts, breads and sweet treats within the College.  Ensuring the highest standards are maintained in order for us to continue to surprise and delight our customers.


An NVQ in pastry preparation is essential as is the ability to lead by example. We require a friendly, adaptable person who can join a team of established Chefs in a lively environment. Liaising with the Head Chef on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the pastry section of the kitchen, supervising and providing technical advice and guidance when necessary.
