Hotel Operations Manager

City Life Projects Ltd is a progressive hotel company with properties in the city of Liverpool with an established development and expansion plan proceeding in 2018 we are now recruiting for an experienced, driven and ambitious Hotels Operations Manager. Reporting to the Company Directors, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day operation and management of our city centre hotel, overseeing all departments, therefore a multi skilled, experienced, professional individual in all areas including administration, operations, compliance and financial is required to join the team.  Previous experience of managing a team is essential.

Must be capable of leading from the front and being extremely hands on along with being confident and capable in setting a great professional example to the hotel teams.

This is not a 9 to 5, Monday to Friday job, hours will be to the requirements of the business in the centre of a thriving city.

Applicants should live within reasonable commute of the hotel. Interviews will be held in the local area and applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK as part of the interview process.

There will be great prospects for the appointed individual for progression within the company.
