Are you working within Facilities Management and looking for your next management role? We currently have an opportunity for a Soft Services Manager to come and join our team based in Hammersmith, West London.

This is a maternity cover contract which will be for 12 months but there is the possibility that this may become permanent.

You will be responsible for your own team who will be delivering Reception, Cleaning, Post Room and AV Support. This role is based with our client based at The Ark building and you will have a team of 20 supporting these services.

Main responsibilities

In essence you will be responsible for managing a motivated, trained team across these multiple services providing great quality cleaning and support services that deliver and develop 14forty standards.  You will be will be accountable for HSE, P&L, stock ordering, labour management and budgets, as well mentoring and coaching a small team.

You will have gained experience working within Soft Services and would be advantageous if you have gained experience working within a corporate environment.

Ideal candidate
  • A background in facility management within a cooperate environment
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Experience in H&S and auditing
  • Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results
  • The ability to deal with stake holder engagement and communicate with high profile clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours
