We are looking for a highly organised, flexible and friendly Administrator to join our vibrant and passionate company.Main Responsabilities:
Sort all external and internal post and deliver to the mail stations around the building
Deliver all incoming courier deliveries to recipient and ensure these deliveries are signed for by the recipient
Collect all outgoing mail from mail stations and collate and frank mail for collection
Process all DHL, DPD and any other courier shipments for collection at the end of the day
Assist with binding, folding and laminating
Along with the maintenance team and day janitor, assist with any ‘set-ups’ as requested by the Facilities team
Complete the end of the month figures in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure there the Post Room is kept stocked with all necessary items for its function

- is flexible and can work under pressure
- has an experience in a similar role
- to demonstrate “I can do attitude”
