As a Sous Chef at the RSC you will be responsible for the delivery and management of the kitchen and all food served at the RSC. Collaborating with the Executive Head Chef you will create, develop and lead on an innovative proposition that promotes the Rooftop Restaurant, our Cafes, TOP Café, Bars, Green Room and event catering as a leading offer.
We are proud to produce all our food in-house in Stratford-upon-Avon so you’re able to use your skills to create delicious menus within our diverse theatre environment. We are always innovating and looking for fresh ideas and ways of wowing our customers with food that makes their visit to our establishments that bit more memorable.
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with management experience in a busy kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for managing people, a serious passion for food and a positive, solution driven outlook. You must have high standards and a proven track record of working within a fresh food environment.
You will be joining a brilliant team of talented Chefs who are keen to continue using their creativity to deliver stunning plates of food.
You will report to the Senior Sous and Executive Head chef and deputise in their absence.
