To manage both the kitchen and FOH operations, must enjoy hosting events and have a creative flair, whilst being financially astute. A clear understanding of all food safety and health and safety is essential. The ability to lead and motivate a team is imperative, whilst being positive always as the role can be challenging at times. Must be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, experience in a similar role would be advantages.
