Experienced Chef de Partie
I am looking for an experienced chef de partie to work alongside me in a small independent family run restaurant. The ideal candidate is looking to evolve and work their way up the ladder into management.
You would be working with me (owner / head chef) and with a commis chef and 2 kitchen porters / assistants. You would be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen.
English or French is required and communication in key in the kitchen.
This is a full time job consisting of approximately 40-45 hours (2 doubles and 3 single shifts) per week. Annual pay 24,000. 28 days holiday, free staff food / coffee on shift. 50% company personal discount.
Uniform can be provided for the right candidate alongside a contract with a minimum term of 1 year.
