Head of Catering Services
Reporting to the Bursar, the Head of Catering Services will be directly accountable for all College catering functions, including kitchens, front-of-house, specialist Senior Common Room (SCR) catering as well as the College bar. Service scope is significant, with catering provided at four locations in central Oxford, and with a team of over twenty permanent staff, as well as additional casual and interim positions.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate, amongst other things:
- Senior level professional experience within the hospitality industry, including in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to drive and sustain high levels of service quality standards.
- Effective management of multiple teams during periods of workload stress.
- The drive and determination to develop new approaches and services based on customer feedback and demand.
