A great opportunity has arisen for the Sous Chef role at Ashurst, a city Law firm based in Shoreditch.
We are looking for a talented individual with strong leadership skills working within a small talented team. You and the Head chef will be responsible for all aspect of the day to day Hospitality operation including Partner & Client fine dining/Breakfasts,Lunches & Afternoon tea for meeting rooms and Canape receptions/Evening events. This is a demanding role with occasional evening and weekend duties.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their passion for delivering excellent standards of food within budget.
