Chef de Partie - Cirencester, Gloucestershire
£17,407 – £19,729 per annum (starting salary dependent upon experience)
35 hour average week, variable hours, including weekend and evening work on a shift basis

Responsible to the Head Chef, you will assist with the day-to-day preparation of all dishes and staff supervision, helping to develop interesting menus, together with maintaining stock, health and hygiene procedures, and ensuring department guidelines are followed in order to deliver the highest standards of customer service and care at all times.
You’ll possess C&G 706 1/2 or equivalent and have good knowledge of current health and safety best practice. You will need to be able to work evenings and weekends as part of a flexible rota.
