Main responsibilities

You as our Soft FM Manager will manage all services within a specific zone of the hospital. You will work closely with the supervisory team to ensure the efficient operation of the domestic, catering, security and portering departments.This will involve liaising closely with ward staff (NHS) to ensure that the services are meeting their requirements and constantly looking for ways to improve the service.

What are looking to see in applications are:Previous experience managing multiple Soft FM services ideally within a hospital environmentExcellent verbal and written communicationDemonstrable experience in being able to prioritise and balance multiple tasks and deadlinesProactive approachAttention to detailKnowledge and experience pf producing accurate reportsInterpersonal skills (to build relationships at all levels)
